Agreement
This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [Volunteer Name that is entered in the form] (“Volunteer”) and [Lumesmart Earth Day Conference and Trade Show] (“Organization”) for the purpose of volunteering at the Lumesmart Earth Day Conference and Trade Show.
Volunteer Services: Volunteer agrees to provide services to Organization during the Earth Day Conference and Trade Show. These services may include, but are not limited to, assisting with event set-up, manning booths, providing information to attendees, and other tasks as assigned by Organization.
Time Commitment: Volunteer agrees to be present at the Earth Day Conference and Trade Show as agreed upon with the Organization. Volunteers understand that punctuality is important and agree to arrive on time.
Code of Conduct: Volunteers agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while volunteering at the Earth Day Conference and Trade Show. This includes interacting with attendees, exhibitors, and other volunteers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Confidentiality: Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information they may come across during their volunteer work at the Earth Day Conference and Trade Show. This includes but is not limited to attendee information, exhibitor information, and any other proprietary information of Organization.
Release of Liability: Volunteer understands that volunteering at the Earth Day Conference and Trade Show may involve some level of risk. Volunteers agree to release and hold harmless organizations from any liability arising out of their volunteer work.
Termination: Organization reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if Volunteer fails to comply with the terms outlined herein.
